This is one of two duplex units. From the outside, it appears to be rather typical. However, the host has done an excellent job of utilizing the space with simple and highly attractive furnishings that include all of the necessities as well as add-ons. Working in a small environment is always difficult, but I enjoy it. This Airbnb is about 700 square feet, but it includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and plenty of space for a living area and kitchen. The host has generously included a sofa bed, bringing the total number of guests to six. More photos are below.
At times I run into hosts who dont’ value professional photos are important for airbnb. I cannot emphasize enough, how much is important to have a professional photographer for your airbnb listing to increase the odd of having guests to engage more on your listing which helps the airbnb algorithm to push your listing to the top.
Of course, there are several other elements that must influence the algorithm, but it all begins with the professional photos.
