Why Charlotte Pixels
I’m a real estate investor, an Airbnb Superhost, and I’ve been doing architectural photography for 15+ years. When I walk into your space, I already understand what guests are looking for — because I’ve been one.
I take on a limited number of shoots. Whether you found me on Google, through a referral, or a Facebook recommendation — every property gets my full attention, not a rushed turnaround.

Hari was excellent to work with. We found him through a ChatGPT recommended rental photographer and we can see why. He was great at giving recommendations and it felt like he cared about the photos turning out well as much as we did.
Local Expertise
I’m Hari, a Mint Hill Airbnb photographer for rentals that sell on space and calm: room for a family, a real kitchen and a quiet street. I’m an Airbnb Superhost, a real estate investor and an architectural photographer with more than 15 years behind the camera.
Mint Hill sits on the southeast edge of Mecklenburg County and stretches into Union County, about 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. It keeps a small-town feel, with roomier lots and fewer short-term rentals than the city. That means less competition, but the guests who find you are comparing carefully, and your photos have to answer their questions.

Families visiting relatives are the core of the market, especially around holidays, graduations and new babies. They want enough bedrooms, a kitchen for family meals and a place for everyone to sit together.
Mid-term guests are the other big group. Travel nurses at Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center, relocating professionals and families house-hunting in southeast Charlotte often stay for a month or more.
Guests who simply want a quieter base near Charlotte, with easy access to I-485, fill in the rest of the calendar.
Mint Hill guests are buying comfort, so the photos should feel like a place to settle in. I lead with the living room and kitchen, then every bedroom and bathroom in a logical order. A dining table set for the family, a yard or patio and a clear exterior help guests picture the whole stay.
I shoot with natural light whenever possible, so rooms look bright and honest. Guests should walk in and find exactly what they saw online.
Monthly guests read listings like renters, not vacationers. They look for a real workspace, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, closet space and somewhere comfortable to unwind after a long shift. I photograph each of those clearly so the listing answers their questions before they message you.
These photos work beyond Airbnb, too. They’re ready for VRBO, Furnished Finder and your own direct-booking site. Every shoot focuses on your property itself, inside and out.

I host short-term rentals myself, so I know what guests look for and what makes them hesitate. That shapes every decision on shoot day, from the order of the photos to which small details make the cut. Real estate photography sells a house once; your listing has to earn trust from every new guest.
Working with me as your Mint Hill Airbnb photographer is simple.
1. Book a date. Pick a day between guests that works for you.
2. Get the home ready. My guide on how to stage your Airbnb for a photoshoot walks you through it: clear the counters, make the beds tight and open every blind.
3. Shoot day. I photograph every room, the exterior and the outdoor spaces, plus the details that make a longer stay feel comfortable.
4. Delivery. Fully edited photos usually arrive by Dropbox within 24 hours (48 at most). Payment is due on shoot day, before editing begins.
A warm evening exterior makes a quiet suburban home look inviting at a glance. I create it as a twilight conversion from your daytime photos, with glowing windows and a soft dusk sky, and no second visit needed.
Pricing is based on square footage. The Pro package is $300 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft, and the Signature package is $825 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus $35 for each additional 100 sq ft. Both include professional editing, with photos usually delivered within 24 hours. Twilight conversion and grass replacement are available as add-ons. Full details are on the pricing page.
As a Mint Hill Airbnb photographer, I work with hosts from downtown Mint Hill to the neighborhoods along Lawyers Road and Matthews-Mint Hill Road, including homes on the Union County side. I also cover Matthews, Harrisburg and rentals all over Charlotte. For an overview of my services, start on my Airbnb photographer home page.
Before you list, check the Town of Mint Hill website for any local rules that apply to your property.
If your photos are dated, dark or taken on a phone, new photos are one of the quickest ways to earn more family and monthly bookings. Read what other hosts say below, check the common questions, and book a Mint Hill Airbnb photographer who hosts, too.

Every question is worth asking. Here are the ones I hear most — answered straight.
Yes. Monthly guests look for a workspace, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry and storage, so I photograph those clearly along with every bedroom and living space. The photos are ready for Airbnb, VRBO and Furnished Finder.
Comfort and space. Lead with the living room and kitchen, then every bedroom, the dining area and any yard or patio. Families and longer-stay guests want to picture settling in, not just sleeping over.
Both the Pro and Airbnb Signature packages: 24–48 hours. Photos are delivered via a Dropbox link — download directly, upload straight to your listing. No chasing, no follow-ups. Payment is due on the day of the shoot before editing begins. Once that’s confirmed, the edit queue starts immediately.
This is one of the most important things you can do before shoot day. Staging matters more than most hosts realize — even the best photography can’t fix a cluttered countertop or a bed that isn’t made properly. The camera sees everything. I wrote a full guide on exactly what to do before I arrive: How to Stage Your Airbnb for a Photoshoot. Read it before your shoot day. Seriously.
Real estate photography is designed to sell a property to a buyer. Airbnb photography is designed to make a guest book before they even finish scrolling. Completely different goals. Real estate wants clean, neutral, and accurate. Airbnb wants warm, inviting, and experiential — it needs to make someone feel like they’re already there. The framing, the lighting approach, the choice of what to include and what to leave out — all of it shifts when the audience is a guest, not a buyer. If your listing looks like an MLS photo, it’s going to compete with every other listing. If it feels like a place someone wants to escape to, it stands alone.
Rather than scheduling a separate twilight shoot — which means more coordination, more time, and more cost — I offer twilight conversion as an add-on. Daytime exterior photos are converted into evening scenes with warm glowing windows and a beautiful sky. The result is realistic, effective, and a fraction of the cost of a separate twilight session.
Every single host I’ve worked with has seen improvement after the shoot. Guests decide in seconds. The photo either stops the scroll or it doesn’t. Professional vacation rental photography isn’t a guarantee, but it removes one of the biggest barriers between a potential guest and a booking. The listing does the selling — you just have to show up. Read more about why it matters.
Head to the booking page and fill out the short form. Takes about two minutes. If you have questions before committing, use the contact form — I get back to you the same day.
Yes — you can use them anywhere you’re listing your property. The photos are licensed for your use as the direct client across Airbnb, VRBO, Hipcamp, your own website, and anywhere else you’re marketing the listing. No restrictions on platforms.
There’s no fixed photo count — because that’s not how I work. The goal is to capture everything your listing needs to tell its story, not hit a number and stop. Smaller properties under the Pro package get complete coverage for the space. Larger homes under the Signature package get every room, every angle, every detail that matters — shot until the property is properly represented. What you won’t get is a set of 20 identical wide-angle frames that all look the same. What you will get is a gallery that covers the space the way a guest would experience it — from the moment they walk in to the corner they’d curl up in on a Sunday morning.
Let's make your listing the one guests can't stop looking at.
