Why Charlotte Pixels
I’m a real estate investor, an Airbnb Superhost, and I’ve been doing architectural photography for 15+ years. When I walk into your space, I already understand what guests are looking for — because I’ve been one.
I take on a limited number of shoots. Whether you found me on Google, through a referral, or a Facebook recommendation — every property gets my full attention, not a rushed turnaround.

★★★★★ on Google
I found Hari online after looking for short term rental photographers. The images he had on his website were beautiful. I was speechless after receiving my photos from Hari! He got them back to me within a day and they were all so beautiful. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a short term rental photographer or just photos of your home. He’s excellent with communication and punctual.
Update: I used Hari again for a new rental property. The images came out wonderful! He was prompt and I had the final images within 24 hours. Cannot recommend him enough for short term or real estate photography!
Local Expertise
I’m Hari, a Harrisburg Airbnb photographer who knows what race-week guests and visiting families look for, because Harrisburg hosts plenty of both. I’m an Airbnb Superhost, a real estate investor and an architectural photographer with more than 15 years behind the camera.
Harrisburg sits in Cabarrus County between Concord and Charlotte, along NC 49 and close to the University City area. Charlotte Motor Speedway and zMAX Dragway are a short drive away, which makes race weekends the busiest time of year. The rest of the time, Harrisburg is a quiet family town with roomy homes, big yards and easy access to both cities.

Race fans travel in groups and book early. They want beds for everyone, a place to cook and parking for several cars.
Families visiting relatives fill the calendar between races, along with UNC Charlotte families in town for move-in and graduation, since campus is a short drive away.
Youth sports teams and relocating families round out the year. Many stay a week or longer while they settle in or play through a tournament.
Space is the selling point. I lead with the main living area and the dining table, because groups want to know they can all eat and relax together. Then every bedroom, including bunk rooms and sofa beds, so your bed count is easy to trust. The kitchen, bathrooms, yard and a clear exterior with the driveway complete the story.
I work with natural light whenever I can, so rooms look bright and true to life. Guests should arrive to exactly what they saw online.
Large homes are harder to photograph well than people expect. Too wide and rooms look stretched; too tight and guests can’t tell how the spaces connect. I shoot at a natural height and include angles that show how the kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, so a group can picture where everyone will be.
Outdoor space matters here too. A fenced yard, a patio set for the group or a grill ready for race-day cookouts all earn a spot in the gallery when they are part of your rental. Every shoot focuses on your property itself.
I host my own short-term rentals, so I see listings the way guests do. I know which photos get saved, which details lead to messages and which gaps lead to disappointed reviews. Real estate photos aren’t built for that, and Airbnb photos should be.

Booking me as your Harrisburg Airbnb photographer is quick, and scheduling is flexible.
1. Book a date. Choose a day between turnovers, ideally a few weeks before race season.
2. Get the home ready. Use my guide on how to stage your Airbnb for a photoshoot to clear surfaces, make the beds and open every blind.
3. Shoot day. I photograph every room, the yard and the exterior, plus the details that make a big home feel welcoming.
4. Delivery. Fully edited photos usually arrive by Dropbox within 24 hours (48 at most), ready for Airbnb, VRBO or your own site. Payment is due on shoot day, before editing begins.
Order matters as much as quality. For a group rental, put the main living space first, then the dining table, then the bedrooms, so guests understand the home works for everyone within the first few images. Add captions that say how many people each room sleeps.
Before race season, swap in a fresh cover photo, and keep a twilight version ready for winter. Every photo I deliver is edited and publish-ready for Airbnb, VRBO and your direct-booking site.
A twilight exterior gives your listing a warm, welcoming cover photo. I create it from your daytime shoot, turning the sky to dusk and lighting the windows, so there’s no second visit to schedule.
Pricing is based on square footage. The Pro package is $300 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft, and the Signature package is $825 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus $35 for each additional 100 sq ft. Both include professional editing, with photos usually delivered within 24 hours. Twilight conversion and grass replacement are available as add-ons. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
As a Harrisburg Airbnb photographer, I work with hosts all over town, from the neighborhoods around Harrisburg Park and along Rocky River Road to the homes off NC 49 closer to the speedway. I also cover Concord, Kannapolis and Mint Hill, and rentals across Charlotte. For an overview of everything I offer hosts, start on my Airbnb photographer home page.
Setting up a new rental? Check the Town of Harrisburg website for any local rules that apply to your property before you list.
If your photos are dated, dark or taken on a phone, new photos are one of the fastest ways to win more race-week and family bookings. Read what other hosts say below, check the common questions, and book a Harrisburg Airbnb photographer who hosts, too.

Harrisburg is minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway and zMAX Dragway, so race weekends sell out early. Between races, guests are mostly families visiting the area. Show sleeping capacity, parking and yard space.

Every question is worth asking. Here are the ones I hear most — answered straight.
Yes. For big homes I photograph every sleeping area, including bunk rooms and sofa beds, plus the dining table, the main gathering space and the yard. Larger homes are priced by square footage: $825 up to 2,000 sq ft, plus $35 for each additional 100 sq ft.
Lead with space: the main living area, the number of beds and where the group can eat together. Then the yard, the driveway and parking, because race-week and family groups often arrive in more than one car.
Both the Pro and Airbnb Signature packages: 24–48 hours. Photos are delivered via a Dropbox link — download directly, upload straight to your listing. No chasing, no follow-ups. Payment is due on the day of the shoot before editing begins. Once that’s confirmed, the edit queue starts immediately.
This is one of the most important things you can do before shoot day. Staging matters more than most hosts realize — even the best photography can’t fix a cluttered countertop or a bed that isn’t made properly. The camera sees everything. I wrote a full guide on exactly what to do before I arrive: How to Stage Your Airbnb for a Photoshoot. Read it before your shoot day. Seriously.
Real estate photography is designed to sell a property to a buyer. Airbnb photography is designed to make a guest book before they even finish scrolling. Completely different goals. Real estate wants clean, neutral, and accurate. Airbnb wants warm, inviting, and experiential — it needs to make someone feel like they’re already there. The framing, the lighting approach, the choice of what to include and what to leave out — all of it shifts when the audience is a guest, not a buyer. If your listing looks like an MLS photo, it’s going to compete with every other listing. If it feels like a place someone wants to escape to, it stands alone.
Rather than scheduling a separate twilight shoot — which means more coordination, more time, and more cost — I offer twilight conversion as an add-on. Daytime exterior photos are converted into evening scenes with warm glowing windows and a beautiful sky. The result is realistic, effective, and a fraction of the cost of a separate twilight session.
There’s no fixed photo count — because that’s not how I work. The goal is to capture everything your listing needs to tell its story, not hit a number and stop. Smaller properties under the Pro package get complete coverage for the space. Larger homes under the Signature package get every room, every angle, every detail that matters — shot until the property is properly represented. What you won’t get is a set of 20 identical wide-angle frames that all look the same. What you will get is a gallery that covers the space the way a guest would experience it — from the moment they walk in to the corner they’d curl up in on a Sunday morning.
Head to the booking page and fill out the short form. Takes about two minutes. If you have questions before committing, use the contact form — I get back to you the same day.
I regularly shoot across the entire Charlotte metro: Uptown, Plaza Midwood, NoDa, South End, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Lake Norman, Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Waxhaw, Monroe, Matthews, Mint Hill and Gastonia. I also travel to Statesville, Troutman, Lincolnton and Rock Hill, SC. See the pricing page for details, and if you’re farther out, just ask.
Every single one. Not one photo leaves without going through a full editing process. The way I shoot requires post-processing — the look you see in the final photos doesn’t come straight out of the camera. That’s deliberate. This is also part of why the pricing reflects actual time involved, not just hours on location. You’re getting finished, publish-ready photos — not raw files with a filter on them. The editing is where the work really happens, and it shows in the final result.
