Why Charlotte Pixels
I’m a real estate investor, an Airbnb Superhost, and I’ve been doing architectural photography for 15+ years. When I walk into your space, I already understand what guests are looking for — because I’ve been one.
I take on a limited number of shoots. Whether you found me on Google, through a referral, or a Facebook recommendation — every property gets my full attention, not a rushed turnaround.

★★★★★ on Google
Hari was phenomenal to work with. His care and attention to detail were unmatched. For our small one bedroom cottage, he spent over 90 minutes capturing our space. We consistently hear in reviews that the space was just as pictured, and I know his photographs have helped us to achieve top 5% status on Air BNB. Totally worth the investment, and I cannot recommend him more!
Local Expertise
I’m Hari, a Concord Airbnb photographer who knows this market from both sides of the listing. I’m an Airbnb Superhost, a real estate investor and an architectural photographer with more than 15 years behind the camera, and I’ve photographed rentals all over Concord, from race-week homes to family stays.
Concord is one of the busiest short-term rental markets around Charlotte. Charlotte Motor Speedway and zMAX Dragway bring race crowds several times a year, Concord Mills and Great Wolf Lodge draw families year-round, and downtown Concord has its own steady stream of visitors. All that demand means plenty of competing listings, and guests sort them by their photos.

Race weeks are the headline. Fans travel in groups, book early and compare sleeping count, parking and the drive to the track before anything else. Many need room for a truck or a trailer.
Outside race season, Concord is a family market. Parents book for water-park weekends, youth sports tournaments and visits with relatives, and they look for bunk rooms, a yard and a kitchen big enough for everyone.
Business travelers and relocating professionals fill weekday and mid-term stays, especially near I-85 and Concord-Padgett Regional Airport. They want a quiet workspace, fast Wi-Fi and easy self check-in.
In a crowded market, the first five photos do most of the work. For Concord listings I lead with whatever answers the group question fastest: the main living space, the number of beds and where everyone gathers. Then the kitchen, every bathroom and the outdoor space, plus a clear exterior that shows the driveway and parking.
Natural light keeps rooms bright and honest. Guests should arrive to the same home they saw online, and that’s how race-week guests turn into five-star reviews and repeat bookings.
Race-week guests and family guests want different things from the same house, so I shoot for both. A wide living room shot shows space for a crowd. A clean shot of the bunk room shows the kids are covered. A photo of the driveway answers the parking question before anyone has to message you.
If your home sleeps a large group, I photograph every sleeping area, including sofa beds and lofts, so your bed count is easy to believe. Whatever the property, every shoot focuses on your rental itself, inside and out.
One of my Concord shoots shows how much a careful shot list matters for a family rental, from the first exterior to the last bedroom. See the full set in Airbnb Photography Concord.
I host my own short-term rentals in the Charlotte area, so I think about photos the way a guest does. What will they look for first? What would make them choose your place over the other listings open in their browser? The shot list follows those answers, not a real estate checklist.
I also know what happens after the photos go live. Guests who see an honest, well-lit listing arrive with the right expectations, and that shows up in your reviews.
Booking me as your Concord Airbnb photographer is simple, and scheduling is flexible.
1. Book a date. Pick a day between turnovers. Before race weeks, book early so your new photos are live when fans start comparing homes.
2. Get the home ready. Follow my guide on how to stage your Airbnb for a photoshoot: clear the counters, make the beds tight and open every blind.
3. Shoot day. I photograph every room, the exterior, the driveway and the outdoor spaces, plus the details that make a stay feel cared for.
4. Delivery. Fully edited photos usually arrive by Dropbox within 24 hours (48 at most), ready for Airbnb, VRBO or your direct-booking site. Payment is due on shoot day, before editing begins.
A dusk exterior with glowing windows is often the image guests remember. Rather than coming back in the evening, I create it as a twilight conversion from your daytime shoot. It looks natural, it stands out in search results and it costs far less than a second visit.
Pricing is based on square footage. The Pro package is $300 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft, and the Signature package is $825 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus $35 for each additional 100 sq ft. Both include professional editing, with photos usually delivered within 24 hours. Twilight conversion and grass replacement are available as add-ons. Full details are on the pricing page.
As a Concord Airbnb photographer, I work all across the city, from downtown and Union Street to Afton Village, Christenbury, Moss Creek, Poplar Tent and the homes near Concord Mills. I also cover neighboring Kannapolis and Harrisburg, along with Huntersville and the Lake Norman area.
Setting up a new rental? Check the City of Concord website for any local rules that apply to your property before you list.
If your photos are a few years old, were taken on a phone or don’t show what makes your place special, new photos are one of the fastest ways to lift clicks and bookings before the next race week. Read what other hosts say below, check the common questions, and book a Concord Airbnb photographer who hosts, too.
The Concord rental market
Race weeks at Charlotte Motor Speedway and zMAX Dragway fill rentals across town, and guests compare listings fast. Families visiting Great Wolf Lodge and Concord Mills book year-round. Photos that clearly show sleeping capacity, parking and space for a group win those bookings.

Every question is worth asking. Here are the ones I hear most — answered straight.
Book your shoot a few weeks before the spring race weekends at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Photos usually arrive within 24 hours, so your listing looks its best when race fans start comparing homes.
Yes. For group rentals I photograph every sleeping area, including bunk rooms, lofts and sofa beds, and I include a clear exterior that shows the driveway and parking. Those are the first things race-week and family groups check.
Both the Pro and Airbnb Signature packages: 24–48 hours. Photos are delivered via a Dropbox link — download directly, upload straight to your listing. No chasing, no follow-ups. Payment is due on the day of the shoot before editing begins. Once that’s confirmed, the edit queue starts immediately.
This is one of the most important things you can do before shoot day. Staging matters more than most hosts realize — even the best photography can’t fix a cluttered countertop or a bed that isn’t made properly. The camera sees everything. I wrote a full guide on exactly what to do before I arrive: How to Stage Your Airbnb for a Photoshoot. Read it before your shoot day. Seriously.
Real estate photography is designed to sell a property to a buyer. Airbnb photography is designed to make a guest book before they even finish scrolling. Completely different goals. Real estate wants clean, neutral, and accurate. Airbnb wants warm, inviting, and experiential — it needs to make someone feel like they’re already there. The framing, the lighting approach, the choice of what to include and what to leave out — all of it shifts when the audience is a guest, not a buyer. If your listing looks like an MLS photo, it’s going to compete with every other listing. If it feels like a place someone wants to escape to, it stands alone.
Rather than scheduling a separate twilight shoot — which means more coordination, more time, and more cost — I offer twilight conversion as an add-on. Daytime exterior photos are converted into evening scenes with warm glowing windows and a beautiful sky. The result is realistic, effective, and a fraction of the cost of a separate twilight session.
Every single host I’ve worked with has seen improvement after the shoot. Guests decide in seconds. The photo either stops the scroll or it doesn’t. Professional vacation rental photography isn’t a guarantee, but it removes one of the biggest barriers between a potential guest and a booking. The listing does the selling — you just have to show up. Read more about why it matters.
Head to the booking page and fill out the short form. Takes about two minutes. If you have questions before committing, use the contact form — I get back to you the same day.
Yes. Each unit is priced as a separate listing at the same package rates. Both units can be scheduled on the same shoot day so you’re not coordinating two separate visits. If you have more than two units, reach out before booking and we’ll sort out the logistics.
There’s no fixed photo count — because that’s not how I work. The goal is to capture everything your listing needs to tell its story, not hit a number and stop. Smaller properties under the Pro package get complete coverage for the space. Larger homes under the Signature package get every room, every angle, every detail that matters — shot until the property is properly represented. What you won’t get is a set of 20 identical wide-angle frames that all look the same. What you will get is a gallery that covers the space the way a guest would experience it — from the moment they walk in to the corner they’d curl up in on a Sunday morning.
