Bright, Soft, and Thoughtfully Staged
Every Pretty Stays project has its own personality, and this Charlotte home leaned into soft blush, cream, and deep teal. Warm parquet floors run through the main living spaces, sheer curtains filter the daylight, and the furniture mixes plush velvet with clean modern lines. It is cozy without feeling crowded.

Presenting a Staged Home
For me, photographing a staged property is about understanding the thought that went into it. Why is the chair placed there? What should guests notice first? Once I see what the stager intended, I choose angles that highlight it. Here, that meant showing how the living, dining, and kitchen areas open into each other, and giving the teal sofa and floral art a starring role.
The sheer curtains created beautiful soft light, so I kept the editing gentle to preserve that airy feel.
