This charming duplex, packed with essential amenities, cozy bedrooms, and an inviting outdoor patio, is the perfect short-term rental for anyone looking to stay near Uptown Charlotte. It is in a prime neighborhood, it offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking for a well-designed and thoughtfully furnished airbnb.
Every inch of this short term rental has been maximized to create a functional and stylish layout, featuring well-furnished bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a soothing neutral color palette. The host’s attention to detail was evident throughout the home, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for guests. While it’s uncommon for me to work without the host present, I made sure to go the extra mile, capturing every possible angle to showcase the beauty of the space.
It was a pleasure photographing this thoughtfully designed duplex, and I have no doubt that guests will love staying here. If you’re a short-term rental owner looking for professional photography to highlight your space, I’d love to help bring out the best in your property!
Photographing a duplex unit
In a duplex, each unit has to stand on its own in its listing, so the gallery needs to show that the space is private and complete. I opened with the living room and its dark sectional, then moved to the kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. A breakfast bar with leather stools under two round abstract prints makes a good second frame, because it doubles as a spot to work or eat.
Bedrooms for different groups
The bedrooms cover a range of guests: a room with two black iron twin beds, another with two upholstered twin beds, and queen rooms with soft gray and white bedding. I photographed each straight on so guests can count beds quickly, which matters when a group is deciding who sleeps where.
Details guests notice
- A stacked washer and dryer tucked off the hallway.
- A bathroom with black hexagon floor tile and a round mirror.
- A green knit throw and patterned pillows that soften the clean white rooms.
- A gold “The world needs who you were made to be” wall sign.
If you host a duplex or multi-unit property, each unit deserves its own complete set of photos. See how I approach Airbnb photography in Charlotte or check the packages and pricing.
