This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is the perfect escape nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Uptown Charlotte.
The host made sure every essential was in place for a perfect stay. During this shoot, I also captured two twilight conversion photos. Despite the rainy day, it was ideal for twilight photography. Cloudy days are actually perfect for shoots because they eliminate harsh shadows, offering a natural and soft lighting effect. Many think a cloudy day means rescheduling, but in reality, it enhances the beauty of your hard work on the interior design, creating the perfect balance of light.

Offering a peaceful retreat while being close to the city’s vibrant attractions, this short-term rental has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
The home features a spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Inside, you’ll find cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this new rental offers the best of both worlds: tranquility and easy access to Uptown Charlotte.
From daytime exterior to twilight
The gallery opens with the same brick ranch shown two ways: a soft daytime shot of the front lawn and landscaping, and a twilight conversion of that same frame with warm light in the windows. The twilight version is created in editing from the daytime photo, so there is no need for a second visit at dusk. It is one of the easiest ways to give a listing a cover photo that stands out in search.
Inside the home
The living room has a light sectional, a large ottoman and a round mirror, and it opens toward the kitchen, so I shot from a corner that shows both. The kitchen got two frames, showing the stainless refrigerator, gray cabinets, butcher-block counter and a jute runner leading to the back door.
Each bedroom got a straight-on frame of the bed, and one room includes a desk by the window for guests working remotely. The bathroom, with its white tile and tub, is clean and bright.
The backyard
The backyard has a stone patio with dining tables, an umbrella and a rocking chair under tall trees, and I photographed it wide to show how much space there is for groups to gather.
Details worth a close-up
- A Keurig coffee station with jars of coffee and sugar.
- Rolled towels on each bed.
- A wood console and mountain print in the entry.
