Another Beautiful Pretty Stays Project
Pretty Stays always delivers when it comes to staging, and this Charlotte home was no exception. The look is modern and polished, with white leather, navy velvet, and bold art set against light gray walls and warm wood floors. When I arrive at a property they have staged, almost everything is ready for the camera, which lets me focus fully on light and composition.
What the Photos Show

Letting the Staging Shine
With staging this strong, I want the photos to feel like an honest walk through the home. I shot the living room from several angles so guests can see how the seating, stairs, and dining area relate to each other. Then I moved in closer for the art and textures that give the space its personality.
The bright windows were a big asset here. I balanced them with the interior so the rooms feel full of daylight without losing detail outside.
