Navy, Gray, and Sunny Yellow
This was the fourth property I photographed for Fayez in just two weeks, and like the others, it was set up with a clear style. The apartment pairs gray walls and furniture with navy velvet and bright yellow accents, so it feels bold and cheerful without being loud.
Highlights From the Shoot
- A bedroom with a tall navy tufted headboard, white bedding, and a yellow accent pillow
- A desk with a yellow chair, perfect for guests working remotely
- Towels folded and ready on the bed, a welcoming touch for arrival
- A living room with a gray sofa, colorful pillows, a yellow accent chair, and gold wall discs
- A balcony door that brings in plenty of daylight
- A kitchen with warm wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and an island with gold barstools
- Open shelves styled with a simple home sign and decor
- Clean, bright bathrooms with wide vanities
Why Freedom to Style Makes a Difference
Short-term rental photography is different from traditional real estate photography. With a listing like this, the goal is to help guests picture themselves staying there, not just to document the rooms. Fayez trusts me to move things around, which lets me adjust pillows, clear counters, and place small details so each photo feels finished.
That freedom is especially useful in apartments, where a few small changes can make a room look more open and inviting on camera.
