Repeat Client Airbnb Photoshoot in Pineville — Stunning 1970s Home Reenergized

A wooden table with a patterned ceramic box, a black TV remote, a retro beige radio with an antenna, and a round tray holding a vase of flowers.

This photoshoot was for a repeat client who truly takes their time crafting magic with their old home renovation.

A modern living room with a green sofa, two tan chairs, a black fireplace, abstract art on white walls, light wood floors, and large windows with white curtains. A clock and TV are above the mantel.

This 1970-built house has been thoughtfully redesigned from the ground up, blending modern trends with classic charm.

A modern workspace with an orange chair, a black desk, a gold and white desk lamp, and a framed geometric artwork spelling "CHARLOTTE" on a gray-blue wall.
A modern minimalist workspace with a black desk, brown cushioned chair, and a remote control on the desk. A playful wall art featuring a camel in a desert scene hangs above on the green-gray wall.

The textures, colors, and layout make this home so inviting, you won’t want to leave. The furniture choices are top-notch, and I could have spent hours capturing every detail.

A cozy living room corner with a mustard-colored armchair, a black brick fireplace with candles, a TV above, and wooden shelves holding decor, a clock, and glassware on a white wall.
A modern dining room with a wooden table set for four, featuring woven placemats, pastel dishes, and white candles. A gold sunburst mirror and globe pendant lights hang above, reflecting the room’s cozy, stylish decor.
A neatly made bed with a wicker headboard, white and tan pillows, and a patterned blanket. Two bedside tables with wall-mounted lamps are on either side, and a framed abstract flower art hangs above the bed on a green and white wall.

Outside, you’ll find a huge driveway and a deck with a stunning pool—perfect for relaxing. Plus, there’s a beautifully redesigned basement complete with its own bedroom. The list goes on, but I’ll let the photos do the talking. It was a real pleasure capturing this lovely Pineville Airbnb.

How I photographed the renovation

A renovation this thoughtful deserves photos that show the craftsmanship. The living room pairs an olive leather sofa with a round wood coffee table, a woven pendant and a big round clock, all against bright white walls, so I shot it wide to show the whole arrangement. The bathrooms got their own frames: one with deep blue tile and an arched mirror with brass fixtures, another with a green double vanity and patterned floor tile.

Bedrooms with distinct character

One bedroom has patterned wallpaper with brass sconces and blue pillows; another has a dark green accent wall, a tufted headboard and a striped throw. I framed each one straight on so the design choices read clearly. The redesigned basement has its own lounge with a large sectional and graphic art, which I photographed as its own space so guests understand it is a separate place to relax.

Outside: the pool and the porch

The deck and above-ground pool, with umbrellas and loungers, got a wide shot that shows the full setup. I also photographed the front porch with its swing and green bistro chairs, and the home from the yard, so guests can see the size of the property and the long driveway.
