This Airbnb sits in the rapidly growing Mallard Creek area, right near the corporate hub where TIAA is located. From the outside, it looks like a typical single-family home—nothing flashy, nothing over the top. But the moment you walk in, that impression changes completely. The high-ceiling foyer immediately opens up the space, setting the tone for what’s inside.

The living room and dining setup are where this home really shines. The layout is open, intentional, and surprisingly bold. Colors pop in all the right ways, creating a modern feel without sacrificing comfort. Upstairs, the home continues to impress with 4 well-appointed bedrooms and beautifully designed bathrooms. Every space feels cohesive, from the color choices to the way furniture is placed. How I photographed a five-bedroom home

A group looking at a five-bedroom rental has one big question: where is everyone going to sleep, and where will we all hang out? So I ordered this gallery the way you would walk it. It starts with the front of the house and the two-story foyer, moves through the living room, dining area and kitchen, stops at the first-floor bedroom, then heads upstairs to the other four bedrooms, the bathrooms and the game room.

Each bedroom gets a clean, straight-on shot of the bed with both nightstands in frame. That small detail makes rooms easy to compare at a glance and tells guests every room is set up with the same care.

Letting the color do the work

The design leans on a few strong colors: navy curtains, orange placemats and lamps, teal pillows and a patterned accent wall behind the dining table. With colors this bold, editing has to stay honest. I balanced the white light from the windows against the warm lamps so the oranges read as orange and the blues stay blue, without pushing saturation until it stops looking like the real house.

The details guests notice

  • A welcome setup with chilled sparkling water and glasses on the counter.
