Coolness, coolness, coolness! That’s the only way to describe this incredible Airbnb in Charlotte. Normally, a shoot like this would take about an hour, but this one turned into a 3-hour session—because it deserved nothing less. The host put their heart and soul, wanted to showcase every angle, every detail, and every feature that makes this place truly unforgettable for the future guests.
And with the number of amenities packed into this home, it’s easy to see why. Whether you’re looking for a cozy indoor stay or an outdoor escape, this Airbnb has you covered.
The interior is thoughtfully designed to maximize every inch of the space, and added characters in every bedroom and wherever you walk in.
Outdoor? Yeah, There’s a hot tub, tons of games, and the highlight of all highlights—a full-sized pickleball court with its own character, colored concrete, hashtags, and art.
I was told it’s the first Airbnb to have a built-in pickleball court, and it shows! The vibe continues with brewery-style wall art, cornhole boards, a firepit, poker, billiards, board games, and even a karaoke stage with mics, party lights, and music for an epic night in.
What started as a standard photoshoot of 30 pics turned into over 100 shots, capturing every detail that future guests will love.
From the fun-packed backyard to the thoughtfully designed bathrooms, this Airbnb is more than a stay—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a true getaway in Charlotte, this one checks all the boxes and then some.
I’m glad I got to be the one to capture it all. I hope you enjoy the photos.
How I organized more than 100 photos
When a home has this many features, the order of the gallery matters as much as the photos. I grouped the shots into chapters that a guest can follow: the main living and dining area first, then the bedrooms, then the game rooms, then the backyard and the pickleball court. Within each chapter, a wide shot sets the scene before the closer frames.
Rooms with real personality
Every space here has a theme, so each needed its own approach:
- A vanity room with pink star wallpaper and round lighted mirrors, shot straight on so the row of mirrors lines up.
- A bedroom with a rounded velvet headboard and terrazzo-patterned walls.
- A bunk room with white bunks and lots of beds for kids or a big group.
- A dark teal game room with a pool table, a bar with gold stools and neon accents.
With this much color, I kept every frame level and balanced the light carefully, so the walls look the way they do in person rather than oversaturated.
The outdoor spaces
The covered patio with its hot tub and dining area leads out to the yard, and the pickleball court got its own set of frames to show the colored concrete and the artwork on the surface. Wide shots from the patio show guests how everything fits together.
If your rental is packed with amenities, it needs a gallery that does them justice. See how I approach Airbnb photography in Charlotte or compare the packages and pricing.
